Self-funding, self-regulating, and already operating today. The one pathway that does not need to be invented, only supported.

Churches have spent decades solving preparation, ceremony, integration, and belonging. That knowledge sits in individual communities instead of holding up the field.
Every year it stays unshared, new groups repeat mistakes that were already solved.
